Jigsaw's sixth "Intro to Digital Media Production" class for Screen Actors Guild members will take place on August 24th at SAG HQ in Los Angeles. SAG renewed the class in 2011 after a successful four-class series in 2010. There are spots for 35 participants, and an RSVP is required to attend (movehollywood at sag dot org). The classes are a collaboration between SAG New Media and Hollywood MOVE, an internal, member-driven SAG committee. You must be a SAG member to attend.

SAG New Media, Hollywood MOVE, and Jigsaw Global are teaming up to help actors--especially actor-producers, actor-directors, and actor-writers--understand how to build better websites and apps by offering an "Introduction to Digital Media Production" class to SAG members. Many TV and film professionals use websites, mobile apps, and games on a daily basis, but have no idea how those products are created.
