Event Summary

For the second year in a row, Jigsaw Global will be teaching digital marketing and strategy at Screen Leaders EU, an executive training program run by the Irish government. Catering to film, television, animation, post-production/facility houses, commercial, digital media, sales and distribution companies, the program is run by Screen Training Ireland and supported by FÁS, the Irish National Training & Employment Authority, and the MEDIA Program of the European Union. The 2011 edition of the program begins in Dublin, continues with strategic planning sessions and assessments throughout the summer, and finishes with a session in Prague in November.

 

The program focuses on helping executives to position their organizations in a global marketplace. What makes Screen Leaders effective is the program's small size, the workshop-like structure, and the personal oversight from the organizers and coaches to make sure that the instructional content is custom designed to address timely and relevant issues for participants. 

 

To qualify for the program, companies must be in the screen industries, with at least a 5-year track record in their industry sector. Once accepted, each company sends two, top executives to the course--preferably the CEO or president, plus the CFO, senior vice president, head of business affairs, or head of human resources.
